Dude , sort of hard to reply because the Phoon can do so many different things. Its one of the best level 4 Mission Boats, Uber 0.0 Rat Boat, Great in Gangs and also Solo PvP. But the fits for each can be very different.

Actually with the EOS , they should give it a bandwith of 95 so that it can field 3 heavies and 2 mediums, that would at least make sense.
